2023 Online Creative Wellness Accountability Program
Calling all artists, writers, painters, dancers, musicians, poets, and aspiring creatives!
Does your artistic vision need nourishment and encouragement?
Do you feel better when you are making art and creating?
Do you feel transformed by your creative practice?
Do you struggle with focus and consistency in your creative work?
Do you need help to move beyond your perfectionist tendencies and get back into enjoying your practice more?
Your creative wellness contributes to your overall wellness. When you create, you feel better: more free, more open, more magical.
The beginning of the year is a time to turn inwards, set intentions, and access the potential to transform our lives. You know that creative expression has the potential to heal deep parts of yourself and alchemize troubles and worries into precious gold.
In a world where so much can get in the way of our creative expression and practice, it’s time to carve out the time to breathe new life into you practice. If you have been struggling with finally learning the guitar or picking up painting again, this group is for you.

Cameo J. Hoyle is a Virginia-based artist, poet, and storyteller. Inspired by the natural world, mystic teachings, and the reclamation of feminine strength, Cameo's art explores allegories of transformation rooted in folklore, fable, and storytelling.
She studied Studio Art at Randolph-Macon Women’s College, has enjoyed a career as a Curator, Exhibits Director, and Arts Council Director. She has won several awards for her exhibit installations and was awarded a Fellowship at the Smithsonian’s National Portrait Gallery in 2014.

She is excited to use this group to start learning electric guitar!
FAQs
-
This group is for artists and creatives of all experiences and levels who want to pick up a new craft or recommit to an old one and needs accountability in their practice.
-
This course is hosted by Mandala Wellness in Partnership with 3 moons Holistic Studio. As Wellness Practitioners and Artists, Kristen and Cameo understand that creative wellness contributes to physical, mental, and emotional wellness as well. We love offering ways to feel better and exploring doors to long term fulfillment and healing.
-
Due to the digital nature of this experience, we do not offer refunds. We suggest being very sure that this is the right group for you before joining.
-
We believe that to get the most out of this experience, the group should be intimate. 5-7 people is the sweet spot with no more than 10 spots available so that everyone can be sure to get the care and support they need.
-
Yes! this course is absolutely for you! It can be very hard to pick up a new skill which is what this group is all about. We will offer you care and support as you learn something new.
-
We highly suggest picking one art form that you would like to focus on and sticking with that for the duration of the group. For example, Kristen loves pottery, music, and visual art but she will be entirely focusing on painting during the group.
Cameo is a writer and painter but she will be focusing her creative energy on learning the electric guitar.
It doesn’t mean that you can’t play around with other mediums while you are in the group, but we suggest narrowing down to one medium.
